2. Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and with all accompanying materials.
3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at lux@luxneon.do. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned artwork.
4. Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the artwork, minus any shipping fees or additional charges incurred during the purchase.
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Tracking: Once your artwork is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
5. Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
